Standard discounts do not apply to any internet bookings.

Terms&Conditions
By making a reservation/booking you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Tariffs
1. Our tariffs are based on the number of persons in the apartment, (i.e. number of beds used). If additional beds are used, an additional tariff will be charged.
Deposit
2. No deposit is required to secure a booking, however we require a credit card number to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy.
3. Any cancellation of less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of one nights tariff.
Discounts
4. No discounts apply to any online/internet bookings made through any website.
No Smoking Policy
5. All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Extra cleaning charges will be imposed for any breaches of this policy.
Pets
6. No pets are permitted inside the apartments at anytime.
Servicing of rooms
7. These are all self contained apartments. You are required to keep the apartment clean & tidy during your stay. We will not make up your beds daily, tidy your rooms nor wash your dishes. Guests who leave an apartment in an unclean and dirty state may be subjected to an additional cleaning charge.
Noise
8. Noise is to be kept to a minimum at all times, including the volume of TV/radios etc. No parties are to be conducted inside any apartment at anytime.
Breach of these Terms & Conditions
9. Persons who do not comply with any of these Terms & Conditions may be asked to leave the apartment at anytime (day or night).
